Halal Sausages Wrapped in Halal Beef Bacon



Ingredients:
  • 5 rashers of traditional halal beef bacon
  • 5 halal chipolata sausages
  • 1 tablespoon oil

 

Method:
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6.

  2. Lay the halal beef bacon out on a chopping board. Place one halal sausage at the end of each rasher of halal beef bacon and roll the halal sausage up in the halal beef bacon.

  3. Heat the oil in an ovenproof frying pan, add the halal beef bacon-wrapped halal sausages and fry for a few minutes until lightly browned all over.

  4. Transfer to the oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden-brown and completely cooked through.

  5. Ready to serve.
